I, like Randy, don't have a clue what I'm doing. I'm a blog reader not writer. This is a very cool way to keep in touch Dave. I am all for a reunion but when you are almost the youngest in the clan I don't think you have much clout but you do get to be in the front row of the picture!

Just so you know that we can host a BBQ or something in our back yard. We can offer an authentic brush of corn leaves, the view of Rock Valley pictured on this blog, and maybe even recreate the hayride we did back in the early
80's on the original De Boer farm back by Doon. (Sorry, "peeps", we did sell it).
We had about 70 De Wits in our back yard in Aug, 2007, so we're practiced up on hosting "rebellions."

Our family left the farm in 1961, and others before that. It's not about the land, I think, but the people. you guys are the best!
